Ever since the start of 2011, i told myself to adjust my sleeping hour by being in bed by 12am! But until now which is already 1/4 of the year ive not adjust myself! Ive been sleeping around 2-3am daily. Which only gives me 3hrs or 4hrs to sleep. This isn't a good thing!
How?! I can't stop myself from having afternoon nap. Which can go up to 4hrs.. Which makes me lose sleep because I don't feel tired during the night ): !! I'm gonna die in school.. Have to seriously start revising!
